  1. We start with a 30-minute telephone interview to understand your issues and set objectives.
  2. If you choose, we make an appointment for a site assessment.
  3. During our initial session, I present a brief seminar on getting organized. 
  4. We typically work side-by-side to put together a solution that fits you and your style.
